When conducting a search, we are working on behalf of our client. We do not act as an agent for candidates, presenting them to multiple firms in hope of a potential fit and a potential fee. We help our clients find high-performing candidates that are uniquely qualified in their specific industry. If you fit in our niche, we’d love to know about you and have your information in our database – and be connected to you on LinkedIn. Your chances of finding your next position through a search firm are probably about 10%. It’s not a probability that you can hang your hat on, but it’s not one you should walk away from either.

If you need consulting on a job search strategy or if your career ‘collateral’ needs work, we do that, but on a very limited basis. Most of the work we do in this area comes from referrals. Please contact us for additional information on these services.

• We’ll do a thorough evaluation of our client’s culture and values to ensure that the candidates we present will have a shot at that critical ‘happiness’ fit
• We’ll also dig deep to tell you what will be expected of you during your first year on the job…and most importantly during those very important first 90 days
• If we select you as a candidate for one of our searches, we’ll give you an hour interview and will provide you with a balanced evaluation of your qualifications and experience to ensure the applicability of the opportunity
• After the interview, if we both decide we should move forward in the process, we’ll tune up your resume to reflect your experience and accomplishments that speak to the specific position
• We’ll present you to our client in a very professional manner and will assist you and communicate with you throughout the interviewing and selection process
